The main cause of contamination in diesel fuel storage tanks is due to the diesel fuel being stagnant for extended periods of time. When diesel fuel is stored and left alone for long periods it becomes contaminated with carbon and water. This will eventually lead to engine malfunctions or even failure. To prevent problems with your diesel fuel, JCH Fuel Solutions offers the ENVIRO automated fuel maintenance and filtration system which provides constant motion of your diesel fuel in order to prevent future issues. With the ENVIRO system your stored diesel fuel is continuously maintained at an optimum schedule removing 95% of entrained water, free water and particulate.

 

The Enviro wall and floor mounted systems are fully automated with UL rated Siemens LOGO or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for ease of use and maintenance. Each enclosed control panel is UL 508A compliant. The Enviro systems (except portable units) are available with time based Siemens LOGO or PLC technology that monitors the system for fuel contamination levels and fuel containment, capable of alerting the user of it's maintenance needs.

Enviro 2 through 9 are UL rated with Siemens Logo or Programmable Logic Controller and an easy-to-read 8-color touch screen that has the JCH Fuel Solutions logic program. The state-of-the-art touch screen is capable of system diagnostics, logging alarms, systems health data and networking, in addition the system can interface with the building management systems, if required.
